Mesquite Ridge Outfitters has access to superb hunting areas and we are able to offer hunting opportunities for any form of game hunting. We cater for both bow hunting and rifle hunting.

Bow hunting is conducted by walk and stalk and out of blinds which are strategically placed.

Rifle hunting is done using the walk and stalk method.

For plains game animals the following rifles are recommended:

 

270, 308, 30-06, 300 Magnum, 7 mm Magnum

 

For big game and thick skin animals a minimum .375 Magnum is required.
